Shopping
Where can I shop 2DA?
You can shop our full collection online at 2da.ca. In the summer, you’ll also find us at our pop-up in Creemore, Ontario. Off season, make an appointment to visit our studio in Creemore.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. If you’re local to Creemore, select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready. Alternatively, we can bring your order to Toronto for pick up. Contact us for more info.
Where are your products designed and made?
All 2DA clothing is designed in Canada and made in partnership with a small, family-run manufacturer in India. Our fabrics are natural fibres, hand-block printed and produced in small batches.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, digital gift cards are available and can be purchased online.
Do you restock items once they’re sold out?
Some of our core styles are restocked, but many pieces are produced in small runs. If you love something, we recommend ordering while it’s available.
Shipping
How do I get free shipping?
Orders over $300 ship free within Canada. Orders under $300 ship at a flat rate of $15.
When will I receive my tracking number?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been processed and shipped.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and Canada Post service.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Canada. If you’re outside Canada and would like to order, contact us at 2dacreemore@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Exchanges & Returns
What if my item doesn’t fit?
We accept exchanges or offer store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Are there items that are final sale?
Yes. All sale items and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I arrange an exchange?
Email us at 2dirtyaprons@gmail.com with your order number and request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked service.
Orders & Customer Care
How do I cancel or make changes to my order?
Please contact us at 2dacreemore@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes if your order has already been processed.
I’ve ordered to the wrong address—what should I do?
Email us right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address. If it has already shipped, please contact Canada Post to redirect your package.
My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
First, check your tracking number. If it looks delayed, please contact Canada Post. If you still need help, email us at 2dacreemore@gmail.com
My order shows as delivered but I haven’t received it—what should I do?
Sometimes packages are left in a safe location or with neighbours. If you still can’t find it, contact Canada Post directly. Unfortunately, we cannot replace orders that are marked as delivered.
I’ve received a faulty item—what should I do?
Please email us with your order number and photos of the fault. We’ll make it right with an exchange or store credit.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us at 2dacreemore@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll arrange the correct item to be sent to you.
How do pre-orders work?
When you purchase a pre-order item, your card is charged at checkout. Estimated shipping timelines are listed on the product page, and we’ll notify you of any updates.
Care & Materials
How should I wash my clothes?
We recommend cold wash and hang to dry for all garments. This helps preserve the integrity of natural fibres and hand-block prints.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photos?
Because our fabrics are hand-block printed, small variations in colour or pattern are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.
Are your products sustainable?
We prioritize natural fibres, small-batch production, and ethical partnerships. While no process is perfect, we’re committed to making clothing in a way that respects both people and the planet.
