Shipping policy

We currently ship across Canada using Canada Post, which allows us to provide insured and trackable delivery.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under $300 → Flat rate $15

• Orders $300 and over → Free shipping

Priority shipping is available upon request. Additional charges will apply.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days if the item is in stock. If a product is backordered or delayed, we’ll notify you right away. Delivery times depend on Canada Post and your location.

Packaging

To minimize waste, we reuse shipping boxes when possible. Your order may arrive in recycled packaging as part of our commitment to reduce waste.

Returns

We accept exchanges or offer store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Email us at 2dirtyaprons@gmail.com with your order number and request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked service.
